How do I sign in?
With your mobile number. We send a 6-digit code by SMS; enter it and you are in. There is no password to remember. You can also play as a guest first and attach your number later to keep your chips.
Is my account the same on phone and laptop?
Yes. Your mobile number signs you into the same account, chips and wallet on the Android app, the iPhone home-screen app and the desktop browser.
Can I change my name or avatar?
Yes, from your profile in the game. Names must be 3 to 16 characters and are unique.
I lost my phone number.
Write to us from the contact page with your old number and any detail that proves the account is yours (a recent hand, a deposit reference). We move the account to your new number after checks.
Fair play
How is the deal shuffled?
Every hand uses a fresh pack shuffled by a cryptographic random number generator on the server, with a server-side seed that nobody at the table can see. Hand histories are stored, so any hand can be reviewed.
Are there bots at the tables?
Practice tables are filled by helpers so you never wait, and they are marked as such. Cash tables seat verified players only; helpers are never seated at a cash table.
What happens if I disconnect?
Your seat and hand are held for the turn time. Reopen the game and you are back at the same point. Repeated disconnects on your side count as a timeout, the same as for everyone.

How do I add cash?
From the wallet inside the game: UPI, cards, net banking and popular wallets. Deposits are instant, and there is no GST added: ₹500 in is ₹500 to play with.
How do I withdraw?
Choose withdraw in the wallet, enter the amount, and it goes to your verified bank account or UPI. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, with nothing deducted. KYC must be complete first.
Is anything deducted from my winnings?
No. OGrummy charges 0% TDS on withdrawals and 0% GST on deposits. The amount you see in your wallet is the amount you withdraw.
What is KYC?
Know Your Customer: a government ID, a selfie match and your bank details, done once inside the game. It keeps underage and duplicate accounts out and is required before any withdrawal. See the KYC page.
Can I set a limit on what I spend?
Yes. Daily and monthly deposit and loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are in your profile. Lowering a limit applies at once; raising one takes 24 hours.
Apps
Why does the site push the app on my phone?
The app opens full screen, holds your seat better when you switch apps, and tells you when a tournament you registered for is about to start. The browser works too: tap "play in your browser" instead.
Where is the iPhone app?
Open the game in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen with its own icon, like any app.
The APK will not install.
Download it in Chrome, not Brave or an in-app browser. If Play Protect warns you, tap More details, then Install anyway. If an older version is installed, uninstall it first. See the app page.
