Refunds and withdrawals

Cash tables are not open yet. This policy applies from the day they open; until then every table uses free practice chips and no money changes hands.

Deposits

• Add money from the wallet in the game by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or supported wallets. Deposits are credited immediately on the provider's confirmation.
• 0% GST: nothing is added to your deposit. The amount you pay is the amount credited.
• Minimum deposit ₹[100]; maximum per day ₹[50,000] or the limit you have set, whichever is lower.
• Deposits are not refundable to the payment method except where a deposit was charged but never credited; write to support with the reference and we reverse it within 7 working days.

Withdrawals

• Withdraw from the wallet to your verified bank account or UPI ID. KYC must be complete and the account in your own name.
• Only the withdrawable balance can be withdrawn: deposits plus winnings, minus unreleased bonus and any amount under review.
• Minimum withdrawal ₹[100]. Requests are normally processed within 24 hours; bank settlement may take up to 3 working days. First withdrawals and large amounts may take longer while checks run.
• A withdrawal can be cancelled from the wallet until it is processed.
• We may hold a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or a breach of the terms, and tell you why within the holding period.

0% TDS

Nothing is deducted from a withdrawal. The amount you request is the amount that reaches your bank or UPI.

Voided games and errors

If a hand is voided because of a technical fault, stakes are returned to every player in it. If a balance is credited in error we correct it and tell you. If we owe you, we pay within 7 working days.

Closing your account

Close your account from the profile or by writing to support. Any withdrawable balance is paid out after KYC; practice chips and unreleased bonus lapse.
